As an active member of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, Kay Ray has also been involved in the development of properties and communities for the betterment of the Birmingham area. Her knowledge of property values and the area's that are going to grow has enabled her to help produce some of the finest managed communities around.

Kay's son, (name of son), is the developer for Marin Marina Estates. This community is a gorgeously designed community on Lake Martin. She is also involved in developing Foxcreek Circle, the newest community development, and final one, in Riverchase.

Kay's 2 grandchildren, Stone and Sawyer, also have aspirations to be like their father and get into the land development business.
