Since 1977, Kay has been a consistent Top Producer. She serves on Executive Committee for Birmingham Association of Realtors. Kay is also the Director for State Association of Realtors. In 1997, she was awarded Sales Associate of the

Year. She is also a past President of the Women's Council of Realtors. Just last year Kay was awarded Birmingham Chapter Women's Council of Realtors Member of the year, and Women's Council of Realtors Member of the Year State of Alabama.

Also in 1998, she received First Real Estate Extraordinary Customer Service Award. Kay is also a member of the Alabama Realtor Honor Society, and holds Certified Residential Specialist designation.
